CLIMATE
The climate in Holland is similar to the United Kingdom’s. The temperature starts from 20 degrees Celsius to 25 degrees Celsius in July and August. During December through January are winter temperatures about 0 degrees Celsius to 10 degrees Celsius. There are four seasons in Holland; summer, fall, spring and winter. The weather changes every year. It could be the coldest in January and February but might be freeze as early as November or as late as March or April. The warmest weather is in July and August, but could be warm in June and September too. Spring is the driest season in Holland. So, the weather in Holland is unpredictable.
Holland also has snow, rainfall and hail too. If it snows in the winter, the snow will be 34 inches every year. People can go ice skating on frozen lakes and waterways. The snow will melt in the summer season.
In addition, Holland has experienced floods very often because it rains a lot. That’s why vegetation, plants and animals are limited. But, the good thing is, Holland does not face natural disasters such as tornadoes.
